Beautiful Silver Orchid Lily Palmer Compact This is a very pretty compact or solid perfume container with Palmer etched on the rim. It has a molded horn of plenty floral design on the lid and is in very good condition. I do not see a sterling stamp so assume it is silver plated. It measures about 1 3/4" across and has a good mirror inside and is marked "Orchid Lily" under the mirror. VAN01 $35

Rare Rawleighs La Jaynees Poudre Butterfly Powder Container This is a very hard to find powder container from the 1920's or 1930's. It is marked Rawleighs La Jaynees Poudre and the top cover has a picture of a butterfly and flowers on a red and black box. This is a transparent powder and most of the contents are still within the container. There is some slight wear to the red background on the top but still in very good condition considering the age. It is valued between $45 and $60 in the Collectors Encyclopedia of Compacts. The box is about 3" across. VAN02 $39 |
  
Vintage Elgin Cigarette Case A vintage Elgin American cigarette case that is in almost new condition and still retains its original instruction instruction tag. The inside is engraved Elgin American made in USA. It measures 3" by 4 1/4" and has a pretty engraved top to both sides of the case and a place to engrave on top. VAN03

Art Deco Vanity Hair Brush A pretty Art Deco design vanity hair brush. The bristles are in good condition and set into a wooden base. The top cover is an early plastic or celluloid material with a painted floral and leaf design. There is a gold plated medallion in the middle for engraving if you choose. This measures 11" long to the end of the handle and is in good condition with only light scratches to the top surface and some light scratches on the handle which has a decorative finial on the end. Du-Val Gold Lame Evening Bag A gold lame evening bag with a gold frame and double box chain handle. This has a gold silk lining and a label that reads Styled by Du-Val Made in Hong Kong. Measures about 6" by 6" and is in excellent condition and has never been used. VAN31 $25

Early 1900's Ebony Wood Hand Mirror A very good black ebony wood hand mirror from the early 1900's. This is about 5 3/4" across and about 8" to end of handle. The mirror has one light scratch and a few very tiny ones when held to the light but still better than most I have seen of this age. The wood has slight wear to the back but a beautiful grain and can be polished nicely. VAN08

  Montreal Designer Vintage Silver Lurex Evening Bag with Pearl Beads A Vintage evening purse crocheted from a lightweight silver twist cord or lurex yarn. This is finished with pearl teardrop beads with a fold-over drawstring top. Measures about 9 1/2" long and is about 7" wide. It has a designer label marked Styled By Artel Montreal Made in Japan.    Antique Beaded Small Purse for Belt A small intricately beaded purse with a tab so it could be slipped onto a belt for wear. Beaded with white and opaque seed beads and tiny pearls in a pretty design. This has a silk or rayon lining with a little pocket inside and the purse has a snap closure.  La Regale Beaded Black Vintage Evening Purse or Bag A beaded evening purse that has an intricate design of black round beads and black bugle beads in a floral petal design. Measures about 7 1/4" at the widest by 4 1/2". This has a silk lining with a pocket and a label Exclusively Made for La Regale Japan.  Goldco White Beaded Evening Purse with Gold Snake Handle This vintage evening bag is beaded on a mesh type fabric with white diamond cut beads. Measures about 5" by 9" with a 2 1/4" wide base and has a gold metal frame and white silk lining and gold snake chain handle. Inside label reads Goldco Made in Hong Kong.  Du-Val Bead and Sequin Floral Pattern Vintage Evening Bag or Purse A pretty evening purse with a beaded and sequined floral design on both sides. Measures about 8" by 5" and has a gold frame with rhinestone clasp. This has a double box chain handle. Inside silk lining with a pocket and a label that says Du-Val Hand Made in Hong Kong. Condition is very good with inside looking like new and just an odd loose sequin. Bottom of bag on outside has some discoloration from hard board insert that was put in the bottom. VAN22 $25 |

 Brite Mode Velvet Evening Purse with Comb and Compact A velvet evening purse or bag complete with a comb with a metal frame and a compact. Measures about 4 1/2" X 6" X 1" deep. Compact looks new on the outside but has some discoloring on the mirror inside, still has some powder and the original puff. Comb is in new condition and molded USA. There is an inside holder for a lipstick (not included). Bag is in excellent condition with a red silk lining and divided compartments and a gold bathtub 2" chain. VAN24 $45 |
  Goldco Beaded and Sequin Evening Purse A pretty evening bag beaded with tiny pearl beads on sequins. This has a gold metal frame with a snap closure that has rhinestones on the ends. Marked Goldco Made in Hong Kong. Silk lining with a pocket inside. In good condition with some pinkish marks on the inside, possibly from powder. Three beads are a tiny bit loose in one corner but no missing ones. VAN25 $20 |
